His extensive background spans high-level HSE roles where he has led the development and implementation of robust safety management systems, risk mitigation strategies, and operational excellence programs across complex industrial settings.

He holds several professional certifications, including:

  • ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
  • Certified Internal Auditor
  • Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP)

Mamoke has also completed advanced HSE leadership training at Harvard University, equipping him with a global perspective on safety governance, strategic risk management, and organizational resilience. A trained mechanical engineer with a master’s degree in project management, he blends technical proficiency with strategic oversight, delivering measurable improvements in safety performance and project execution.

Mamoke is also a passionate advocate for Lean Six Sigma methodologies and holds a White Belt certification, with active pursuit of higher-level credentials. His approach is rooted in continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and sustainable system design.

Currently, Mamoke serves as the Director of Research and Development at Perpignani Global Resources Limited, an agro-commodity export company based in Saskatchewan, Canada. In this role, he brings his operational insight and process optimization expertise to the agricultural export sector, supporting innovation, compliance, and quality assurance.
