Opeyemi Ndukwe
Strategy LeadOpeyemi Ndukwe leads strategy and business development at Perpignani Global Resources Ltd., where she shapes the company’s approach to international expansion, market positioning, and operational scale. She brings over a decade of cross-industry experience, having worked at the intersection of management consulting, business transformation, and growth strategy.
Before joining Perpignani, Opeyemi co-founded Fran & Hill Inc. and Blue Advisory, full service consulting firms where she advised clients across the business lifecycle—from startup to scale. She has consulted for organizations in financial services, manufacturing, telecoms, not-for-profit, and retail, helping them define strategy, build strong operational systems, and pursue sustainable growth.
Opeyemi began her career in IT and later transitioned into management consulting with one of the Big 4 firms. She also served as Business Development Manager at one of Nigeria’s largest commercial law firms, where she supported board-level strategic initiatives and operational improvement efforts.
She holds an MBA (with distinction) from Warwick Business School, where she received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence, and a BSc. in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University. A passionate advocate for African innovation and entrepreneurship, Opeyemi is committed to enabling trade that uplifts communities and promotes ethical sourcing.
